Dharti — Banarasi Organza Silk Saree in Brown

Brown is not a compromise. It is a conviction.
Dharti is woven in Varanasi from pure organza silk using the kadwa technique — where each buta motif is woven independently, thread by thread, without a floating thread across the back. It is the most labour-intensive way to place a motif on silk, and the most honest. Nothing is hidden on the reverse. The fabric looks as considered from the inside as it does from the outside.
In brown, all of this craft simply exists — without spectacle, without apology. Like the earth itself.
This is the saree for the woman who has long since stopped dressing for the room. She dresses for herself, for the occasion, for the craft. That is enough. That has always been enough.
