BILLING:

The selling price of our products shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. Additional taxes may be applicable; and will be charged depending upon the destination where the order has to be sent. 

The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall be in accordance with the rates specified by relevant jurisdiction.

We reserves the right to collect taxes and such other levies/ duties/ surcharges (if applicable) in addition to the normal taxes. 

Delivery Charges may be applicable for your international shipments and will be calculated at checkout

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever including due to limitations on quantities available, defects in product,  errors in pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department etc. Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting any order. We will inform you via email if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

For orders cancelled after receiving the payments, the said amount will be reversed into your Account or to the original mode of the payment within a period of 30 working days.

Please note that we do not issue any credit notes or vouchers.

 

PAYMENT:

While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including due to lack of authorization for any transaction/s; or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on our Website by you shall be as against the selling price displayed on the Website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Payment Gateway Services.

 Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you to ensure a safe and foolproof shopping environment for our users.

You understand and acknowledge that we employ third-party facilities for payments on the Website. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions, and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.

 

DELIVERY:

We will endeavor to deliver your orders within the specified timeline mentioned on the purchase of the product but we cannot guarantee the same given third party dependencies. 

In no manner can the contract be repudiated if any one or more products is not delivered in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Panaah may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as international orders.(You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of order confirmation.)

Domestic orders: Delivered within 4 to 8 business days, basis your location and pin code

International orders: Delivered within 15 to 30 business days, basis of your location and pin code

Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

 

SHIPPING CHARGES & PROCESSING FEE:

Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, and the shipping destination. 

Final shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Store Credit Policy: If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer store credit within 48 hours of delivery. To request store credit, please message us on WhatsApp or email Shruti@panaah.co with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your saree. Store credit is issued to your Panaah account and can be used toward any future purchase.

Please note that store credit is not available on pre-order products.

For items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. Post approval, the product can be exchanged or a full store credit will be issued at our discretion.

An irregular weave, print, or stitch is not considered a defect as all our products are handmade or handwoven — these are marks of their authenticity.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY:

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number.

For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using Razor pay as are our third-party payment gateways.
